From March 6 to March 16, we will begin our Nomination period for next year’s CSCU’s Executive Team (2025-2026)! Please fill out the Google form linked in our bio and have 10 TMU CS students nominate you for next year’s team. After the Nomination period ends, the Campaigning period will begin, followed by the Voting period. The positions available are: PRESIDENT* Consult with the university faculty and department chair on issues affecting students and the department VP OPERATIONS Responsible for delegating and managing tasks alongside the president for the CSCU VP ACADEMICS* Consult with the undergraduate program director on academic issues and initiatives VP FINANCE Responsible to the CSCU for managing all funds including those acquired through events or fundraising activities VP STUDENT LIFE Responsible for organizing events for the CSCU including bookings and event logistics VP CAREERS & COOP Responsible for organizing career-oriented events to enhance student opportunities and development including the outreach of industry professionals VP COMMUNICATIONS Responsible for being the point of contact of the CSCU and responding to emails and messages addressed to the CSCU YEAR REPRESENTATIVES (1) 2nd Year Rep (1) 3rd Year Rep (2) 4th Year Rep Represents the interest of students enrolled in each of the four respective years (* nominee(s) for these roles must have been a CSCU member for at least 2 semesters to run)
